New publication in Lancet Global Health: The injustice of unfit clinical practice guidelines in low-resource realities  

In this paper, we address the long-standing injustice of international recommendations not suiting the realities where they are most needed. We unfold how access to context-tailored, realistic clinical guidelines is fundamental, and we propose ways forward. Such aspirations are pivotal for respectful work conditions (Sustainable Development Goals 3c and 8·8), for providing best possible safe and respectful care, and for strengthening the accountability of health systems (Sustainable Development Goals 3.1, 3.2, and 5.1).
